## Information we collect

Depending on how you use our services, we may collect:

- Name, phone number, WhatsApp number, and email address
- Pickup and delivery addresses, GST details, and company information
- Package and tracking details (consignment number, status, scans, delivery proof)
- Billing information needed to generate invoices and record payments
- Account login details for staff and registered clients
- Enquiry form submissions from our website
- Technical data such as IP address, browser type, and basic usage logs needed to run and secure the service

## How we use this information

We use personal information to:

- Book, move, track, and deliver consignments
- Create and send bills, and follow up on payments
- Operate staff and client accounts on our app
- Send one-time passwords (OTPs) and service messages on email and WhatsApp
- Send booking, delivery, and bill notifications on WhatsApp
- Respond to enquiries and provide customer support
- Meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements
- Protect our systems against fraud and abuse

We do not sell your personal information.

## WhatsApp messages

If you give us a WhatsApp number (yours, a sender’s, or a consignee’s), we may send transactional messages through Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform. These can include login OTPs, booking confirmations, delivery updates, and bill notices.

To deliver those messages, the phone number and message content are processed by Meta Platforms, Inc. under Meta’s terms for WhatsApp Business. We use WhatsApp only for these operational notifications, not for unrelated marketing unless you ask us to.

## Who we share information with

We share information only when needed to provide the service:

- Delivery staff and branch offices handling the shipment
- Courier partners when a package is transferred for onward movement
- Meta / WhatsApp, to send the notifications described above
- Email and hosting providers that run our website and systems
- Authorities when the law requires it

## How long we keep data

We keep shipment, billing, and account records for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, and meet tax and legal retention rules in India. Website enquiry records are kept so we can follow up. You can ask us to delete data we no longer need to keep. ## Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information, or ask us to stop WhatsApp notifications where the law allows. Some records (for example invoices) may need to be retained.

## Security

We use access controls, encrypted connections (HTTPS), and authenticated accounts to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to reduce risk.

## Children

Our services are intended for businesses and adults arranging courier deliveries. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children for the purpose of creating accounts.
