These Terms of Service govern your use of City Courier Services websites, apps, courier bookings, tracking, billing, and related notifications (including WhatsApp).

## Agreement

By using https://citycourierservices.in/, https://app.citycourierservices.in, or our courier services, you agree to these terms and our [Privacy Policy](https://citycourierservices.in/privacy-policy/index.md). If you do not agree, do not use the services.

## Our services

We provide courier and logistics services, including pickup, transit, delivery, tracking, billing, and customer support. Service availability, transit times, and coverage areas may change and are not guaranteed unless we confirm them in writing for a specific booking.

## Bookings and your responsibilities

You must give accurate sender, consignee, address, phone, WhatsApp, GST, and package details. You must not ship prohibited, illegal, hazardous, or undeclared restricted goods. You are responsible for packing goods adequately and for any customs or statutory declarations that apply.

Charges, to-pay amounts, and taxes are as quoted or as shown on the invoice. Unpaid charges may delay delivery or further bookings.

## Accounts and the app

Staff and registered clients must keep login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend access if we believe an account is being misused or presents a security risk.

## WhatsApp and other notices

If you provide a WhatsApp or mobile number, we may send transactional messages such as OTPs, booking confirmations, delivery updates, and bill notices through Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform and by email or SMS. These messages are part of operating the service. See the Privacy Policy for how that data is used.

## Tracking and website content

Tracking status is provided for convenience and may lag behind physical movement. Website content, prices, and service descriptions may be updated without notice. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

## Liability

Liability for loss or damage to consignments is limited as agreed at booking, on the invoice, or under applicable Indian law and any declared value or insurance you purchase. We are not liable for delay caused by weather, traffic, strikes, customs, incorrect addresses, or events outside our reasonable control.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or business interruption.

## Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website or app, attempt unauthorised access, scrape data, or send abusive or unlawful content through our enquiry forms or messaging channels.

## Changes and termination

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. We may refuse or stop providing service where required by law or where these terms are breached.

## Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights you may have.
